मेरा नाम अन्नाप्रगड वेंकटेश्वर राव है। मेरी मातृभाषा तेलुगु है। मैं वर्तमान में भारतीय खाद्य निगम में उप महाप्रबंधक (राजभाषा) के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ। मैंने वर्ष 1996 में राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन के क्षेत्र में अपने करियर की शुरुआत की थी और तब से इस क्षेत्र में कार्यरत हूँ।
मुझे राजभाषा हिंदी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में गहरी रुचि है। इसी रुचि के चलते मैंने हिंदी में पीएच.डी. का ऐसा विषय चुना, जो राजभाषा और प्रौद्योगिकी दोनों से जुड़ा हुआ है। मेरा शोध विषय था – "राजभाषा हिंदी के कार्यान्वयन में प्रौद्योगिकी का अनुप्रयोग"।
मैंने हिंदी में एम.ए., अंग्रेज़ी में एम.ए., एम.बी.ए., पी.जी.डी.आई.टी. (PGDIT), हिंदी पंडित प्रशिक्षण, हिंदी शॉर्टहैंड, तथा हिंदी टाइपिंग (हायर ग्रेड) जैसी अनेक शैक्षणिक एवं व्यावसायिक योग्यताएँ प्राप्त की हैं।
मैं हमेशा यह प्रयास करता हूँ कि राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए नवीनतम तकनीकी समाधानों को खोजा जाए। आज जबकि हर क्षेत्र में वेब एप्लिकेशन और पोर्टल्स का उपयोग हो रहा है, मेरा सपना था कि हिंदी के कार्यान्वयन हेतु एक एकीकृत पोर्टल विकसित किया जाए – और वह अब साकार हो चुका है।
इसके अतिरिक्त, ऐसे कई कार्यालय हैं जहाँ हिंदी संवर्ग के अधिकारी नियुक्त नहीं हैं। वहाँ अन्य अधिकारी या कर्मचारी ही राजभाषा संबंधी कार्य देख रहे हैं, जिन्हें कार्यान्वयन के दौरान कई प्रकार की शंकाएँ उत्पन्न होती हैं।
इस पोर्टल या "पाठशाला" की स्थापना का मुख्य उद्देश्य यही है – जब किसी कार्यालय में राजभाषा विभाग में नई नियुक्ति होती है, तो संबंधित अधिकारी/कर्मचारी को अनेक प्रकार के व्यावहारिक प्रश्नों और संदेहों का सामना करना पड़ता है। इन सभी शंकाओं के समाधान हेतु एक समर्पित मंच की आवश्यकता थी, जिसे पूरा करने के उद्देश्य से इस पोर्टल की स्थापना की गई है।
My name is Annapragada Venkateshwara Rao. My mother tongue is Telugu. I am currently working as a Deputy General Manager (Rajbhasha) at the Food Corporation of India (FCI). I began my career in the field of Official Language Implementation in 1996, and have been actively contributing ever since.
I have a strong passion for both Hindi as the Official Language and Information Technology. This passion led me to pursue a Ph.D. in Hindi, focusing on a subject that blends language and technology. My research topic was: "Application of Technology in the Implementation of Official Language Hindi."
I hold multiple academic and professional qualifications, including M.A. in Hindi, M.A. in English, MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (PGDIT), Hindi Pandit Training, Higher Grade in Hindi Shorthand, and Higher Grade in Hindi Typing.
I always strive to explore innovative technical solutions for the effective implementation of Hindi. In an era dominated by web applications and digital platforms, it was my dream to build an integrated portal for Hindi implementation — and that dream has now come true.
There are still many offices where no dedicated Hindi cadre officers are posted. In such places, other officers or staff members handle Rajbhasha-related responsibilities and often face various practical doubts.
This portal — "Pathshala" — was created with the aim of offering a support system for such situations. When new personnel join the Hindi department, they frequently encounter operational and policy-related questions. This platform has been developed to offer reliable guidance and practical solutions.
